Save Any Web Page as PDF in Google Docs : Chrome Plugin
Save to Docs :
- Allows you to upload a pdf version of the current page to your Google Docs using the pdfcrowd service.
- Plugin is only for Google Chrome Browser.
- We have to install this plugin and then we can have facility to download any page as PDF or we can either save it in Google Docs.
- This is great tool if we want to view some pages offline.
How to Use this Plugin ?
- In order to use this plugin we must have Google chrome installed in OS.
- After Installing Google Chrome , Go to Send Webpage to Google Docs plugin page.
- We will get Send to Google Docs Icon on the URL Bar.
- Open any webpage you wish to save in Google docs or to download.
- Click on the icon on URL bar , it will show options , whether to download or to save in Google Docs.
- We can access Articles saved in Google docs later by going into Google documents , This tool is great for the students so that they can save any webpage in portable format i.e PDF.
Quick Use :
- Click the extension icon on the page you would like to upload
- Click the “Save in Google Docs” link at the top of the Google Docs Viewer that pops up in a new tab

Limitations:
- Will not work on sites that require a login or session
