Himmat Mobile app launched for women safety by Government

NDA Government has launched an Integrated women safety Android application called Himmat. It is launched on 1 Jan 2025 by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Delhi

About Himmat App

  1. It is completely free and highly recommended android application for women in Delhi.
  2. It is launched by Delhi Police.
  3. User needs to register at Delhi Police website. Upon successful registration OTO or one time registration key will be sent to the user for activation
  4. In emergency user need to raise the SOS alert from the Himmat App then location information and audio-video is transmitted to Delhi Police control room
  5. Police control room then contact with nearest police station to send immediate help to the victim.
