‘To the Brink and Back: India’s 1991 Story’ – a book written by India’s former minister Jairam Ramesh, was published.

The book presents key documents and notes, which are publicly presented for the first time. It also presents the personal papers of Narasimha Rao, private conversations with Manmohan Singh, Parliament proceedings, and the minutes of seminal Congress meetings.
