In the first time experiment Indian Air Force is going to reuse Sukhoi-30 aircraft after overhauling it by the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), Nashik division.

The Sukhoi aircraft is supposed to stop working after completing 10 years or 1,500 flying hours. The aircraft that has been overhauled had completed both the conditions. However HAL has managed to recover it so that it is able to work again.
